Experience

Raquel Fas-Bravo concentrates her practice on employment litigation and advice in all areas of employment law, including counseling and representation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as before federal, state and local administrative agencies. Her experience includes successfully representing a broad range of domestic and international clients on issues involving the following areas: sexual harassment; sex, race, national origin, age, religion, and disability discrimination; Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); Equal Pay Act (EPA); Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA); Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX), along with employment tort and contract claims. Raquel provides management-level individuals with training on litigation avoidance in all areas of employment law, with emphasis on diversity and harassment and provides consultation and advice to employers regarding personnel issues and policies.
